The More Disciples Podcast | Episode 6

The spotlight of the session was Neil Cole, a significant figure in organic leadership and discipleship. Cole provided an enriching perspective on organic leadership, describing it as a relational influence stemming from personal character, spirituality, and genuine relationships.

A recurring theme was granting “permission” to disciples encompassing the freedom to make disciples, baptize others, and bring out their spiritual gifts. This freedom of action eliminates boundaries usually set by organizational rules.

Cole’s powerful mantra, “Listen to Jesus and do what he says,” resonated through the session. He encourages emerging leaders to commit to finish their spiritual journey well and seasoned leaders to guide and mentor the younger ones unobtrusively.

In essence, this engaging episode served as an inspiring reminder of our shared task as believers to faithfully and fruitfully make disciples while maintaining an unwavering commitment to finish well.
